wished After welcoming Mr. Schulte an objective discussion. I said this to him. Mr. Schulte was then known to us before his arguments with the help of his staff, and I did not in his speech interrupted. His main arguments:

Es wird kaum jemand ab dieser Kreuzung und schon gar nicht ab dem neu entstandenen Abzweig der Osttangente Ahlen/Guissener Straße die Dolberger Strasse die neue Westumgehung über die Lippe fahren, die Lippestraße nach Uentrop, dort wieder links über die Lippe und wieder rechts Richtung Autobahn fahren. Den Argumenten Dolbergs für die Trassen-Alternative setzte Herr Schulte folgendes entgegen:

• Eine Verschwenkung der Fahrbahn, um die bestehende Brücke zu nutzen, würde ein Unfallschwerpunkt bedeuten, es wird aber geprüft.
  
• Besserer Anschluss des Gewerbegebiets Ostdolbergs: Erschließung, Vermarktung, Regenrückhaltung – then you would have to change the already agreed-Plan B - how can you explain that to the politicians?

Bei Herrn Schultes Argumentation ist mir folgendes aufgefallen: Er versucht mit dem Argument „Lärmschutzwall für Lange Wand“ die Anwohner der Langen Wand auf seine Seite und zum stillhalten zu bekommen: „aber mit Lärmschutzwall wäre es doch für Sie und die Lange Wand machbar…“ und somit einen Ortsteil gegen den anderen auszuspielen.
Wir wollen aber eine vernünftige Lösung für alle Dolberger.
Darauf hin will er Angst schüren bzw. Druck aufbauen: „Wenn sie gegen unsere Trasse sind und ihre sich nicht oder schwerer realisieren lässt, dann kündigt die Stadt Hamm den interkommunalen Konsens auf und es wird auch die Westumgehung not built. => Then they have at least another 10 years of noise in Dolberg "He is ill-informed or trying to beat out may have for ignorance of his interlocutor Capital:!
